Jackson Pollock inspired collection!

Jackson Pollocks work is what inspired me for my collection below. I wanted to use his technique to create an abstract garment with an interesting look.

I chose to play with different mediums in this collection. I used grey scale prisma markers, charcoal, white chalk and for the color I used paint.  I used this painting above for the colors in this collection.
                                                            Here are the technical flats.

For this garment I splashed bleach on the fabric before I cut the pattern. After 10 minutes I washed the fabric and let it dry over night. The next day I cut the patterns and splashed each color (Gold, Blue and Red last) to the each pattern separately and let them dry over night. Then I started sewing the dress together. Here is the finished project below.
Again I am still waiting to get professional photos for the garment I created, but in the mean time here are the ones taken at home.
The red painted Saturn was removed and the collar was redesigned. Also tool has been added under the shoulder sleeve.
